Terms & Conditions — 88efco Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and 88efco (hereinafter "88efco", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming information platform accessible at https://88efco.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 88efco Platform — including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino products, slot games, instant games, promotional offers and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued access constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current version of this Agreement.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below throughout this Agreement:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 88efco Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions on a continuous basis:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership or other non-individual legal entity.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the jurisdiction of the operator's applicable licence — whichever is greater.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where 88efco has restricted access for regulatory or compliance reasons.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer or director of 88efco, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written approval has been granted.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from the Platform under the self-exclusion programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Registering an Account does not constitute a representation by 88efco that gambling is legal in your location.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update it promptly if any details change.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at other times at our discretion for fraud prevention or compliance purposes, 88efco may require you to complete identity verification. For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents typically include:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both sides clearly photographed.
• A valid Pakistani passport (or other internationally recognised travel document).
• Proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, no older than three months) where required.
• A selfie or liveness verification confirming the document belongs to the Account holder.

88efco reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality and to withhold processing of any pending transactions pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party or permit any other individual to access your Account.

• You must notify 88efco immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspected compromise of, your Account.
• 88efco strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security layer.
• Wagers and transactions completed using your Account credentials are your responsibility. 88efco is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
• Sharing your Account login or allowing another person to wager on your behalf is a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the Platform — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or other currencies accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. The following conditions apply:

• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Payment method references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. Actual availability, transaction limits and processing rules depend on the operator's payment configuration at the time of transaction. These providers do not endorse this Platform.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in your account cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Any deposits made to your Account must represent funds you own legitimately. Using the Platform for money laundering purposes is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.

88efco may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, and the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise explicitly stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 30× the bonus amount) is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible single stake is capped as stated in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any winnings attributed to it.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the promotion's terms. Certain games may be excluded entirely from contributing to bonus clearance.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements lapse upon the bonus expiry date. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited.
• One Bonus per User: Only one welcome bonus is available per household, device, IP address and payment method. Multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses is prohibited.
• No Cash Equivalents: Bonus funds have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Abuse: 88efco reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of promotional mathematics, and collusion.

Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant betting and game information sections of the Platform.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, modify or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform's system.
• Odds, lines and markets may be suspended or removed at any time prior to settlement. Wagers accepted before suspension are honoured unless a manifest error has occurred.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a clear and obvious error in odds, lines or game outcomes (including technical malfunctions), 88efco reserves the right to void the affected wagers. Users must not knowingly exploit such errors.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: PSL T20, ICC tournament and other Pakistan cricket markets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body. No liability is accepted for results affected by weather interruptions, DLS method application or match abandonment beyond our published settlement rules.
• Live Betting: In-play wagers are accepted subject to system availability. Network latency may affect the timing of bet acceptance. 88efco is not responsible for connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in individual sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit odds or interfere with Platform systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated betting activity intended to artificially influence outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving corresponding services or winnings from the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes knowingly for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 88efco staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent regional restrictions.

88efco is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is strictly restricted to users aged 18 or older (or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction).

The following responsible gambling tools are available in your Account settings and may be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposits to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss you can incur within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Reproducing, copying, redistributing or publishing any part of the Platform's content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code from Platform software.
• Using the 88efco brand name, logo or other trademarks without prior written consent.
• Scraping or harvesting data from the Platform using automated tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88efco's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88efco shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits or goodwill.
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures or force majeure events.
• Inaccuracies in odds or data arising from third-party data feed errors, provided we take reasonable steps to correct them upon discovery.
• Gambling losses, which are an inherent risk of participation and for which no liability is accepted beyond the settlement of valid wagers according to published rules.

Nothing in this Section limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by 88efco's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

88efco reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provisions, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable licence, without regard to that jurisdiction's conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable licence jurisdiction, as determined by the governing operator licence.
